Lelliott Immigration Law is a boutique law firm focusing exclusively on Canadian Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Law matters.  It is operated by Corey J. Lelliott,  a Barrister & Solicitor, licensed by the Law Society of Ontario.

Corey has first hand experience with the Canadian Immigration system having immigrated to Canada himself from New Zealand. In New Zealand, Corey graduated from the University of Canterbury (Christchurch) where he obtained Degrees in Law and Psychology (LLB and B.A).  He practiced as a Solicitor in New Zealand for several years following his call to the Bar in 2004 (Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand).

Since immigrating to Canada in 2008, Corey has worked exclusively in and gained extensive experience in Canadian Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Law.  From 2011 to 2019, he had the designation of Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, having completed an Immigration Consultant Certificate program with Honors at Humber College in 2010.

In 2017, Corey began the process of accreditation of his New Zealand Law Degree with the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. In 2018, he completed this process enabling him to then complete the licensing requirements with the Law Society of Ontario and be called to the bar in Ontario in June 2019.
